Built around a single fire
Ryan Restaurant opened in 2014 with one idea: nearly everything on the plate should pass over live fire. That hasn't changed. Our menu stays short so the kitchen can source better and cook with more attention, and it moves with the seasons rather than a fixed print.
We work directly with three regional farms and a weekly fish delivery, and we build the wine list around what's actually being cooked that week, not the other way around.
